It won't take much to freshen up this solid 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath ranch that has nice curb appeal and a fenced in back yard. If you need more space the entire lower level is an open book and is plumbed for a bathroom. Don't pass this one up...roof new in 2014, the mechanicals and appliances are all older but operating, water softener is rented. Water and electric bill approx. $40 an month and WE Energy bill approx. $66 a month so very reasonable living. This property will not last long.
